2021 Gerson & Schwartz Law Firm Merit Scholarship - $2500 Education Scholarship
As highly trained and experienced trial lawyers we are grateful for the education and training teachers who encouraged and supported us provided. Without education and practical training we would lack the tools to practice our profession.
Our personal injury law practice is focused on helping families who have suffered from the negligence of others. For decades we have protected and enforced the rights to crime victims against wrongdoers and their enablers. As part of this work we support the victim's rights movement in the United States and worldwide.
We recognize the burdens and challenges crime victims have to meet and overcome. Thus, we wish to create a scholarship program to benefit students who have been crime victims. A brief written account of the impact on the victim's family should be submitted by applicants.
